This shows that not only the ink and printing pressure, but also what? Finally, the author found that the reason is the distortion of the resin plate. Because the resin plate is placed for a period of time because of the loss of water and deformation, usually for the middle depression, warping or so. At that time, the old resin plate was used. If the plate was not immersed in warm water and used directly, the surface would be flat, but in fact, it was still low in the middle and high around. The inclined back labeling machine uses a flat press, so the center of the layout will produce dents, which will produce strong adhesion, resulting in the surface layer of the adhesive material. Understanding this situation, the author immersed the resin plate in warm water for a period of time, so that the resin plate absorbs water completely and restores its original shape; then, when printed on the machine, the bubble phenomenon disappeared.
