  激光模压全息防伪技术传入我国是在80年代末90年代初,特别是1990年至1994年期间,全国各地引进生产线上百条,占当时世界生产厂家的一半多。在引进初期,这种防伪技术确实起到了一定的防伪作用,但是随着时间的推移,激光全息图象制作技术迅速扩散,如今早已被造假者从各个方面攻破,几乎失去了防伪的能力。
  Laser moulding holographic anti-counterfeiting technology was introduced into China in the late 1980s and early 1990s.   激光防伪标识的在其产生时就具有如下先天的缺陷:

  a.仅仅依靠制作技术的保密和控制来防伪。
  A. Anti-counterfeiting only depends on the confidentiality and control of production technology.
  b.属于简单观察类防伪技术,其观察点主要是看是否是全息图象,其次是看图案是否符合公布的图案,但普通消费者只有在仔细对比时才可以分辨出两种不同版本的全息标识。
  B. It belongs to the simple observation anti-counterfeiting technology. Its observation point mainly depends on whether it is a holographic image or not.   2. 改进的激光全息图象防伪标识
  2. Improved laser holographic image anti-counterfeiting identification
  由于一代激光全息防伪标识已经完全失去了防伪功能,人们不得不开始对其进行改进。改进的方法主要有三种:一种是采用计算机技术改进全息图象,第二种是研制成了透明激光全息图象防伪标识,第三种是反射激光全息图象防伪标识。
  Because the first generation laser holographic anti-counterfeiting label has completely lost its anti-counterfeiting function, people have to start to improve it. There are three main methods to improve the quality of holographic image: the first is to improve the holographic image by computer technology, the second is to develop a transparent laser holographic image anti-counterfeiting label, and the third is the reflection laser holographic image anti-counterfeiting label.
  (1).应用计算机图象处理技术的改进: 计算机图象处理技术改进激光全息图象经过了两个阶段的发展,一个阶段是计算机合成全息技术,这种技术是将一系列普通二维图像经光学成像后,按照全息图象的原理进行一系列的处理,并记录在一张全息记录材料上形成计算机象素全息图象,观察这种象素全息图象时,可在不同的视角看到不同的三维图像,其图形和彩色都具有异常灵活多变的动态效应,并且不受再现光线方向的限制。第二阶段是计算机控制直接曝光技术,与普通全息成像不同,这种技术不需要拍摄对象,所需图形完全由计算机生成,通过计算机控制两相干光束以像素为单位逐点生成全部图案,对不同点可改变双光束之间的夹角,从而制成具有特殊效果的三维全息图.
  (1) Improvement of computer image processing technology: Computer image processing technology improves laser holographic image through two stages of development. The first stage is computer synthetic holographic technology. This technology is to process a series of ordinary two-dimensional images after optical imaging, according to the principle of holographic image, and record them on a holographic recording material. Computer-generated pixel holographic images can be viewed from different perspectives. The graphics and colors of these images have very flexible dynamic effects and are not restricted by the direction of the reconstructed light. The second stage is computer-controlled direct exposure technology. Unlike conventional holographic imaging, this technology does not require the object to be photographed. The required graphics are generated entirely by computer. By computer-controlled two coherent beams to generate all patterns point by point in pixels, the angle between two beams can be changed for different points, thus making a three-dimensional hologram with special effect.
  (2).透明激光全息图象防伪技术: 普通的激光全息图象是用镀铝的聚酯膜经过模压(也可以先用聚酯薄膜经过模压再镀铝)而成,镀铝的作用是增加反射光的强度使再现图像更加明亮,照明光和观察方向都在观察者这一侧,这样的激光彩虹模压全息图是不透明的。透明激光全息图象的改进之处实际上就是取消了镀铝层,全息图象直接模压在透明的聚酯薄膜上。1996年,我国公安部又决定将透明激光彩虹模压全息图应用在居民身份证上,身份证被透明膜整个覆盖和封住,当在光线下观察其正面时,不但能看清证件,还能看到透明膜上再现出来的二维三维彩虹全息图像(长城及中国的中英文字样)

  (2) Transparent laser hologram image anti-counterfeiting technology: ordinary laser hologram image is formed by moulding aluminized polyester film (or by moulding aluminized polyester film first). The effect of aluminizing is to increase the intensity of reflected light to make the reconstructed image brighter. The illumination and observation direction are on the observer's side. Such laser rainbow moulding hologram is opaque. In fact, the improvement of transparent laser hologram is the elimination of aluminium coating, and the hologram is directly moulded on transparent polyester film. In 1996, the Ministry of Public Security of China decided to apply transparent laser rainbow moulding hologram to the resident identity card. The identity card was covered and sealed by transparent film. When the front of the card was observed under light, not only the document could be seen clearly, but also the two-dimensional rainbow hologram (the Great Wall and the Chinese and English characters of China) could be seen on the transparent film.
  (3).反射激光全息图象防伪技术: 反射全息图是将入射激光射到透明的全息乳胶介质上,一部分光作为参考光,另一部分透过介质照亮物体,再由物体散射回到介质作为物光,物光和参考光相互干涉,在介质内部生成多层干涉条纹面,介质底片经处理后在介质内部生成多层半透明反射面(例如6微米厚的乳胶层里可以有20多个反射面 )。
  (3) Reflected laser hologram anti-counterfeiting technology: Reflected hologram is a kind of transparent holographic latex medium in which the incident laser is irradiated. One part of the light is used as reference light, the other part illuminates the object through the medium, and then scatters the object back to the medium as object light. The object light and reference light interfere with each other to form a multi-layer interference fringe surface in the medium. The medium plate is processed and placed inside the medium. Generate multilayer translucent reflectors (for example, more than 20 reflectors in a 6 micron thick latex layer).

  激光防伪技术的这些改进并没有也不太可能延长激光全息图象防伪技术的生命周期,因为这些改进只是不同程度地增加了图象的制造难度,没有能改进掉哪怕是一条激光全息图象防伪的先天不足,原有的问题依然存在。
  These improvements of laser anti-counterfeiting technology do not and are unlikely to prolong the life cycle of laser holographic image anti-counterfeiting technology, because these improvements only increase the difficulty of image manufacturing to varying degrees, and fail to improve even the inherent shortcomings of a laser holographic image anti-counterfeiting, the original problems still exist.
